Doctors

Okay, so I was thinking about something.  It seems like doctors never quite have the right answers.  You know they go to school to help people and they surely do.  Every doctor probably has like 100+ patients.  How can he/she truly help all of them.  Does it even seem possible? It seems like everytime I try something new to see if it will help, it is always short-lived.  It seems like the ratio should be way smaller, or how else can they really help us?
